During the download of customers, error message R1549 "Identification Category &1 is Not Assigned to Any Identification Type" or R1548 "Identification Category &1 Does Not Exist" occurs.
Carry out the following two IMG activities if you receive error message R1548 or if you use a CRM 3.0 server with a lower Support Package level than 12.
If you receive error message R1549 or use a CRM 3.0 Support Package 12 or higher, the identification number category from activity 1 should already be defined in your system. In this case, only carry out activity 2.
1. Branch to the SAP Reference IMG and choose 'Cross-Application Components -> SAP Business Partner -> Business Partner -> Basic Settings -> Identification Numbers -> Define Identification Categories'. Choose 'New entries' and enter new identification category CRM002 with the description 'R/3 customer number'. Save your entry.
2. Branch to the SAP Reference IMG and choose ''Cross-Application Components -> SAP Business Partner -> Business Partner -> Basic Settings -> Identification Numbers -> Define Identification Types'. Also choose 'New entries' and enter new identification type CRM002 with the description 'R/3 customer number' and identification category CRM002. Select the checkboxes for persons, organizations and groups and save your entries.
