1. I will check with the access level, if the problem is not with the access levels, then is there any other solution.

2. It is not the case with short/long text. There are also some other countries we need to change the names. For example, there is "West_Indies" from the backend, we need "West Indies" in the drop down, so we have to replace underscore by space. So we need to change the entire name. It is not just changing from short form to long form
