Yes , you can achive this by writting a PCR.

Now lets say your maintaining hiring date in IT0041 as date type 01. and running the time avaulation so the current date (system date) should be compare with the hiring date. your hiring date is 01.01.2013 and your time evaluation date is 08.01.2013. in this case time evauation date is grater than hiring date.

To achive this , we can use operation HRS=YSAD01 with IF condition.if the condition is true then you can bring the value to your quota.

S- mean date specification

A- current timeevaluation date.

D- dates (deference between 2 dates)

01- is date type in IT0041.

HRS=YSAD01 HRS?1

*     SCOND = F IF

>    SCOND = T IF

Here after you can bring the value to your quota in another PCR.
