subcontracting issue

Hi Friends,

I am giving material XXX to subcontractor having value 1000 USD per TO (in the material master price is standard.)

I expect material YYY from the subcontractor which is having material master standard price 1500 USD per TO.

Subcontracting charges is 200 USD per TO.

Can you please confirm for what value should I raised Purchase order. is 1200 USD or 1500 USD per TO.
