Hi., it will work like this:
Go thru IMG > Personnel Management > Personnel Administration > Customizing User Interfaces > Change Screen Headers., in choose activity you got the multiple options however u need here only two tables:
1. Header Modifier -> This table is molga driven, if you have implemented your system, be sure to mainain the right MOLGA under user parameters.
2. Infotype header definition, here is where you assign the values you defined in the above table., in this you could see couple of columns, but blind rule is, if you have your custom field popup against "Field" column, then you are good to assign and get the display on the infotype.
Header Modifier Infotype field (picked only important headings)
Header Modifer -> u assign the modifer u defined in the first table
Infotype -> 0001 is in your case
Field -> when you go to drop down field, if you see your field here, that means, you can configure that, if you dont see that, you can not do it (in standard).
I could see the field, appeared there, so try to flip your header data. you should be good.
