Hi Yuri,
To record the options selected by your customers in IVR you need to fill the field "Expression for Question in Reporting" in MENU state and also the field "Expression for Answer Option in Reporting" in CHOICE state.
With this IVR setup you can record the options selected directly to BCM database and also use the BCM standard reports named Script Results 1 to 5 to check customer’s options.
Example
1. Menu state with the question expression.
2. Choice state with the answer expression.
