I just want to explain client that how absences will be transferred to SAP in respective infotypes.

Like let us say, if I am using access card, the following steps lead to updating of IT 2011.

1. 1. Employees swipes
2. 2. Clock events will be recorded in time recording machine
3. 3. Automatic BDC program
4. 4. Clock events will be updated

In the same way, how leave will be updated in IT 2001 using Leave Request Mobile Apps. Based on the steps, I would explain client with process flow diagrams.

It would be great if other SAP Consultants share their knowledge on this.
