Thank you for your response!! I have access to CADo and CAPP and from the Org Structure I have looked at all the times for the subordinates for the manager getting emails to approve pending time. There is only one entry that looks different. It says "Changed After Approval" the rest are all either "Approved" or "Approval Rejected". I don't have access to CATS_DA or CATS_APPR_LITE. When I go to Swi5 I get Workload analysis and I am not sure what values to give. I need to find out why the manager keeps on getting emails. Thanks!
