Hi Mike,
In confirmation screen in goods movement tab select the column on which you want to sort and select the type of sort you want. Example i sorted items based on item number in descending in Co11.
May be i might got your question wrong, let me know if you are looking for some other option.
I have not used any criteria to make it default as the option available for us in the screen, may be you are looking for default sort criteria, please clarify.
