FICA not calculating on Tax company change

Hi,

We moved any Employee from one tax co. to another in Oct 2012 but his FICA taxes did not calculate afresh.

Checked BSI Interface and it reads the YTD limit from previous tax company, and hence not calculating FICA anymore. In new tax company prev tax co. YTD should not be considered.

Can you advise why would this be?
