Please check and confirm that, in system alias maintenance screen, you have provided correct system alias details and "For Local App" settings correctly according to your landscape setting.
If the issue persist, please provide a screenshot of the system alias maintenance screen and details on how IW_FND and IW_BEP components are deployed in your landscape.
