What ever you have said t.code O3C1 is using related Oil Conversions.I think ,there would be different server to handle these things .Better to search in Service Market Place or check in IS Oil Module.

Note : you have already posted this in http://scn.sap.com/community/oil-and-gas .So,I hope ,you will get answer soon over there than here.
