BWVORG Process key field not populated

Hi,

We are on ECC 6.0.

I am using procurement datasources like 2LIS_02_ITM, 2LIS_02_SCL and the process key field BWVORG is not getting populated.

I checked earlier posts on SDN, but of no help.

I have done all the possible settings for process key.

Please help.
