Print control of work clearance application

Dear all,

I require to  get option of  getting print of work clearance application  through T code WCTK only, I have assigned  the smartform  program  and  smartform form name in  print control under work clearance management. But not getting print of smartform developed by abapers.

What thing I am missing,please guide me.
