Fiori Launchpage Issue

Hi All,

         We have recently configured Fiori in our landscape.The issue is that I am able to see the applications we have installed so far in the admin launchpage.

But when we login to Fiori Launchpage home.html (<ip and port>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/launchpage/home.html) we are unable to see any applications in the home page.Where are the settings/configurations that needs to be done to assign these apps to a particular user that login to the launchapad homepage?
