Hi Avi,
I think the process you are looking for is follow-up. Training admin can run it thru PV15 or LSO_PV15.
When you run it system shows a list of attendances and you can select which one have passed the training and also you can select which related qualifications are eligible for. (System will show all qualifications you have linked to training in master data.)
By this process you will have selected qualifications in IT0024
