Hi,
While BW consultants creates prompts or variables in their side, they have the option of giving the variable as Single value, Several single values,Intervals Select options and so on.
In ur case most probably the query was build using interval.
unfortunately, BO support only single and several single values.So please check with ur BW team.
They might have to create 2 variables, one for FROM entry and the other for TO entry.
They can put this FROM and TO in value ranges and give it to the BO team.
