The *only* supported version right now is 12.5.2.
The first version that was officially supported to work on Windows 7 was 11.5.1.
Much older versions work fine on Windows 7, but are no longer supported. We have clients using apps written in PowerBuilder 9 and 10.5 on Windows 7.
I support the answer really depends on why you asked the question.
