Is SRM 7.0 EHP2 non-unicode compatible?

Currently, we are considering upgrade from SRM 7.0 to SRM 7 ENP2 SP 5 . 
Is this Enhancement package (SRM 7.0 ENP2 SP 5) compatible with non-unicode SAP systems?
