Thanks for the reply. One thing in the RPTARQERR documentation is not clear to me.
The Activities section, it is asking to time admin to resolve the error situation and then come to this report to set the request status only.
Is this report does resolve the error or only for updating request status?
Do I need to update IT2001 manually for thsi pernr and then execute this report?
