Hi Deepesh,
BPC NW 10.0 only supports upgraded/migrated from BPC NW 7.5. So if you are using BPC NW 7.0 and would like to upgrade to BPC NW 10.0, you have to upgrade to BPC NW 7.5 first.
So BPC NW 7.0 -> BPC NW 7.5 -> BPC NW 10.0
Here one thing needs to be considered is timing of upgrade from NW 7.01 to NW 7.3/7.31. If you upgrade to BPC NW 10 with NW7.3/7.31 from BPC NW 7.5 NW 7.01, please keep in mind of note 1823883.
