I created scales of relevant experience:
scale 1 - Experience type A (2 or less years, 3-4 years, 5 and more years)
scale 2 - Experience type B (2 or less years, 3-4 years, 5 and more years)
scale 3 - Experience type C (2 or less years, 3-4 years, 5 and more years)
scale 4 - PHD (yes, no)
Then for a position Z there are 5 alternative requirements like:
2 years Exp A+2 years exp B OR=
2 years Exp A+3 years exp C OR=
3 years exp B + PHD OR=
3 years exp B + 1 year exp C
How can we assign such kind of alternative requirements?
