You can assign Organizational unit to distribution channel under work center :

Organizational management --> Organizational Work distribution.

Select work category 'Relevant Distribution channels'. Create your rule and assign the relevant distribution channel to your Org Unit.

If you do not have work center 'Organizational management' in your C4C access, adjust your business role to get the access.
