I was just tying to download "Get your free SAP NetWeaver Cloud Developer Edition in 5 minutes" form

SAP NetWeaver Cloud Developer Center

After clicking the button, I was sent to this page

(http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-28197)

When I tried to follow step 1(Accept the End User License Agreement for the Developer License to create your developer account) and  agree the license agreement, I got this error page

I contacted to SAP Support Australia but the staff said they could not solve unless I am existing customer (due to policy) and suggested that I should post the problem on the community forum.

Any Suggestion??
