Email Notification through ELM

Hi,

After creating the lead I need to send an email notification to the sales person.

I am unable to get the survey data in the email.

I am using the following technical data.

BAdI: ZALERT_LEAD_MAIL

Method: GET_ALERT_DATA

Class: ZCL_IM_ALERT_LEAD_MAIL.

Please help me out in getting the survey information in the email. It is urgent
