ECC 5.0 COL and Disp mgmt modules implmentation & BP functionality

I have a client where they are currently in ECC 5 and newly implementing the Collections and Dispute management modules in the same ECC 5.0 version.

Due to time constraints we are restricted to implement first in ECC 5.0 itself. (upgrades and latest FSCM EHP implementation is in future plan).

1. I do not see the collections strategies, Collection profile and all which i have seen latest EHP' (FSCM - COL module). Do i need to activate any functionality to awail as much as of FSCM functionality in ECC 5.especially for COL module.
2. I am struck at Business partner functionality in ECC 5.0.  Please guide me in setting up the business partner functionality in Ecc 5.0 for customer to Business partner direction. I do not see the menu paths that i have seen latest ECC version. Do i need to maintain the business partner functionality in ECC 5.0 for Collection module implementation.
3. Are there any precautionary steps that i need to take while implementing in ECC 5.0?
