Wow. This one is starting to be interesting. I know, not what you want to hear 
Let's do a very simple test;
Create a new report. No database connection, just a text box with "Hello World".
Make sure you have the option "No Printer" enabled.
Copy / move this report to that troublesome server and try to run it. Does that load?
