Hi,
Is the user configured to receive the alerts ?
Check the Administration-System Initialization - General Setting - Under the tab Services.
Make sure Display Inbox when message arrived is checked and Update Messages (min) set to 1 minute for testing.
And make sure your user license is of Professional User.
