Hi Porandla,
Suppose you want to determine sales area on basis on sales area defined in your sold-to-party.
1. Go to your Tx. type of say, sales order. Use 000000000005 (standard) in org. data profile.
2. Make sure that your sold-to-party has org. data defined in its master data. (Sales Area Data)
3. Make sure that your Org. Model which you have chosen in your Master data has 'Org Permitted in Determination' check box selected.
