The output is getting triggered for the OLD output condition type because a valid condition record is found by the system.
The output is not getting triggered for the NEW output condition type because a valid condition record is not found by the system.
If you make the condition record maintained for the New output condition type, exactly identical to the Old output condition type (i.e. the Partner number also same in both records). Then the system shall find and populate the new output condition type!
Please try the above.
There are a number of accesses (condition tables) say 5 for both condition types.
For both condition types access # 1 (taken as e.g.) is not triggering (the one with field RESWK).
This is correct and understanding, as the PO information is the same (in other words PO is one/same)
Check the partner number which user has maintained in the record for the new condition type, is it there in the PO?
