Hi Mehmet,
There seem to be problems with your application when loading the AdminConsole. Did you try undeploying and redeploying the application? I recommend this as it looks like the deployment may have been corrupted.
Also, it looks like you may have used the SAPImage_SQLServer build as your configuration build. This should not be used as a configuration build: you should always load a build and then "Save As" a new build. If you have used this then you'll need to redeploy.
